Our clients entrust us to live in their home for extended periods of time and care for their home, pet, or both while they are away. Pet Care
Animal Handling
We care for different species, breeds, and ages of pets and focus on reducing stress and improving animal welfare.
Feeding and Grooming
We prepare food, accommodate dietary needs, provide fresh water, treats and perform basic grooming tasks on different species and breeds of pets as specified by owners.
Administering Medication
We are confident in administering medication following the owner's instructions.
Pet First Aid and CPR

Exercising and Playing
We provide appropriate exercise, play, rest, and downtime for different species, breeds, and ages as specified by owners.
Cleaning and Sanitation
We clean up after your pet and ourselves, maintaining a clean living environment.

Chronically Ill and Senior Pets Specialized Care
We have experience providing specialized care for chronically ill and senior pets. We focus on managing existing health issues, preventing complications, and improving their quality of life. See our ‘Who We Are’ page for more information.
Communication
We report any good news or concerns to the owner. While you are gone we will be in contact sending you updates, photos, and videos on your pets and home.
Household Management
Basic Housekeeping
We clean up after ourselves and will provide you with a clean living environment for when you arrive.
Plant Care
We provide plant care to indoor and outdoor plants following the homeowner’s instructions.
Mail and Package Collection
We will gather your mail and packages, informing you of any important items.
Security
Living in your home will allow us to have nearly a 24 hour patrol of your home where we will activate security systems and check locks to prevent security hazards. See ‘Our Policies’ page for more information
Garbage and Recycling
We will take out your garbage, compost, and recycling bins following the homeowner’s instructions.
Communication
While you are away, we will be reporting regular updates, good news, or concerns about the property to you. We will also act as a point of contact for you. We will answer the phone, the door, and take messages for you.
Emergency Response and Preparedness
We can confidently respond to emergencies, contact local authorities, and evacuate the property safely if necessary. We can also follow any homeowner's specific instructions for emergency procedures. See ‘Our Policies’ page for more information

After the initial meeting an individualized pet and household care plan will be required. If you don’t know where to begin, our staff can help you build your care plan. Following individualized care plans in the comfort of your pets home is how we celebrate individuality and cater to every personality and occasion. Meet and Great!
Our initial meeting will be a heart-to-heart, face-to-face conversation free of charge at the property with your pet to ensure we are a perfect match. We'll talk about needs and expectations to ensure your household and pet care plan is perfectly curated.
